The space

The townhouse is on three levels. The entry level includes the secure garage, the first bedroom, work desk, laundry, and a separate WC. Follow the stairs up to the heart of this welcoming apartment, which includes the lounge area, where a generous sofa provides the perfect spot to relax and watch TV or chat with loved ones. The windows create a sense of spaciousness and maximize natural light and surrounding well-established trees. The split-system air-conditioning will keep everyone comfortable year-round.

Prepare meals in the kitchen and dine in the separate dining area. You’ll find all the essentials needed to cook up a feast, including a fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, as well as other basics such as pots, pans, and utensils – everything needed to enjoy dining at home.
