This proud end-of-row cottage welcomes you into a stylish living room, which flows into the main part of the home. Please note there are two steps down into the open-plan kitchen and dining area. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen features a Nespresso machine for your morning coffee. French doors open from the dining space to a private, paved courtyard, complete with a pizza oven for enjoyable evenings in.
The ground floor also includes the first bedroom, a full bathroom, and a laundry area with a combination washer/dryer.
Head upstairs to find a luxurious master bathroom, featuring a beautiful freestanding bath and a separate walk-in shower. We provide luxurious bath salts, just waiting for you to soak and relax after a day of exploring. You will also find two more bedrooms on this floor. The third bedroom includes a dedicated desk, creating a perfect spot if you need to check in with the office.
To ensure your comfort, the home is equipped with:

City Noise: As the property is centrally located near the CBD and a hospital, please expect some ambient city noise, which may include traffic, street crossings, and sirens.
Property Access: Before your arrival, we will share a detailed house guide with instructions on how to access the property, use appliances, and other helpful information.
Accessibility: The house is two story so there is flight of stairs. There are also two stairs from the hallway into the kitchen.
Noise Monitoring: For the comfort of our neighbors, the property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring devices. These devices do not record audio, they only measure sound levels.
