– As the property is centrally located near the CBD and a hospital, please expect some ambient city noise, which may include traffic, street crossings, and sirens.
– The house is a single-story home. However, there is a flight of stairs to access the front entrance and a smaller set of stairs at the back of the house.
– For the comfort of our neighbours, the property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring devices. These devices do not record audio and only measure sound levels, ensuring your privacy while maintaining a peaceful environment.
