This spacious, single-level home is perfectly positioned to capture stunning views across a working vineyard and the ever-changing coastal vistas of Norfolk Bay.

Large windows flood the interior with natural light, seamlessly connecting you to the beautiful surroundings. Unwind in one of two welcoming, family-friendly living areas, each featuring plush, country-style couches and smart TVs. On cooler Tasmanian evenings, the main living area’s gas log fire creates the perfect cozy ambiance for reading a book or relaxing with loved ones.

The open-plan kitchen sits at the heart of the home, fully equipped for you to whip up a hearty meal. You’ll find a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and a pod coffee machine, along with all the essential cooking utensils. Share meals around the country-style timber dining table or head outside to the expansive deck for a long lunch with a view.

Three cosy bedrooms comfortably accommodate five guests:

– Master Suite: Located in a private wing, this serene room offers a king-size bed and a generous ensuite with both a soaking tub and a separate shower.
– Second Bedroom: Features a comfortable queen-size bed.
Third Bedroom: Contains two king single beds, perfect for children.

All beds are dressed in high-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The second and third bedrooms share a main bathroom, which also includes a bathtub and shower. For convenience, there are two separate toilets, one in the main house and another just off the outdoor deck.

The vineyard is a commercially working vineyard and we ask that you do not enter the vines for any reason. This is to protect them from any damage. They are monitored with security cameras.
