Nestled in the sought-after neighbourhood of Sandy Bay, this is one of the city’s most coveted pockets and boasts spectacular views over the Derwent River. Classic in style, its oversized glass windows create a glistening backdrop of blue and green hues.

Two levels mean there’s ample room for families or groups. On the entry-level, you’ll find the main living quarters and a convenient powder room. Cook up a feast in the fully-equipped kitchen and choose from multiple dining areas – a breakfast bar, formal dining room or dine alfresco out in the courtyard. Take a moment for yourself in the sunroom over a good book or relax on the lounges in front of the fireplace. Split-type heating and air-conditioning cater to all seasons.

Each of the four bedrooms offers a restful haven to start and end your day. Upstairs, you’ll find the primary bedroom with its beautiful outlook, a queen-sized bed, and a neat ensuite bathroom. There is a second queen bedroom and a third bedroom with two single beds, both offering blissful river views along with wardrobe space for your belongings. The fourth bedroom is downstairs, well-presented with a queen-sized bed. There’s a main bathroom with a bathtub and shower, plus a European laundry adding to your everyday convenience.

Parking is available on the driveway. Please note that the lower-ground level is not accessible to guests.

During your stay, you and your group will have the house to yourself. The lower-ground level and garage will not be accessible. Please make yourselves at home!
