Berwick Cottage is a gorgeous Victorian Georgian cottage, named after the English town of Berwick-Upon-Tweed where a young delinquent Robert Logan was sentenced to transportation to Van Dieman’s Land in 1829.

Whilst still retaining its original facade, inside the cottage you will find a light and crisp interior. Its large well-equipped kitchen is adjoined by a dining area comfortably seating all guests.

A separate living area is cosy space where you can relax, unwind and enjoy the smart TV with access to fast unlimited WiFi. Chromecast is available for streaming from your own device.

Three comfortably furnished and spacious bedrooms provide private spaces for you and your family or friends.

Two of the bedrooms located at the front of the cottage have queen beds and the third is furnished with two single beds.

Within walking distance are numerous attractions. You will have the entire home to yourself during your stay. For your convenience and security, entry is managed via a smart lock, allowing for easy self check-in.

There is a separate studio apartment adjacent to the rear of Berwick House, which has a completely separate entry and does not share the external court yard.

There are two carparks – one for the cottage and one for the studio.

Please note that Berwick Cottage is adjoined by a studio apartment at the rear of the property, known as Ms Sophia’s Studio Apartment. The cottage has its own dedicated car space beside the studio, with a separate and private access path. The cottage and its backyard are completely independent and are not shared with the studio.

For those traveling in larger groups, the adjoining studio accommodates two additional people and can be booked together on Airbnb as the combined property “Berwick Cottage and Studio.”
