  • Regular window cleaning and external house cleaning;

We maintain a full housekeeping manual and relevant checklists at the home so that all housekeeping staff can access it at all times. We also guarantee that one of our hosting specialists will regularly inspect your home to ensure that the styling integrity is maintained and that the house is consistently well presented.

We actively manage your home to ensure that we maximise the occupancy and nightly rate thus ensuring your home provides you with an optimised financial return.

On a monthly basis will provide you with a full reconciliation of income and outgoings and transfer your net income to you. We will also include a summary of your occupancy rate and average nightly rate and source of bookings.

At the end of the financial year, we will provide you with an ‘accountant’ ready report summarising your annual financial performance.
